Fine furniture and electronics, and semi-private outdoor hot tub lend to the feel of luxury, and 5 bedrooms offer privacy.

You enter the home from Depot Ave into a tiled entryway. Go up one flight to the great room. It has a large living room and kitchen separated by a dining table for six. The living room has a gas fireplace, plenty of sitting room, and a large flat screen TV with DVD player as well as an iPod dock. The living room allows access to a deck with a BBQ grill. The kitchen has a breakfast bar for four, and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, gas stovetop, and Mexican tile floors. A utility room with washer/dryer, and full bathroom with a combination shower/tub are just off the kitchen.

A flight of stairs goes up to a sleeping loft with a twin futon and double futon, and access to the deck (shared with the adjoining Mintz residence) with hot tub that enjoys fabulous mountain views.

The master bedroom is on the ground level, with a king bed, flat screen TV, and attached bath with jetted tub, separate shower, and two sinks. The second and third bedrooms are also on this level; each has a queen bed and a TV. A bathroom with a combination shower/tub is located in the hallway.

Downstairs on the basement level you will find the fourth and fifth bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed and one bedroom has a TV. There is also a small child’s room with a twin bed. Accessible to all is the sitting room with double futon, TV/DVD and small kitchen, as well as full bathroom with shower only.

Parking for the home is on-street. The Gondola and Lift #8 is only 100 yards away, and River Trail is easily accessible from the cul-de-sac. The main street is 2 blocks up, where you'll find most restaurants and shops. Town Park (and Festival grounds) is 3 blocks staight up the River Trail.
