Summer Season* Deposit and Cancellation Policy for Hotel Rooms & Suites excluding the River Club and Sea-to-Ski Luxury Division
- Deposit: A deposit of the first night's room rent and tax/service fee is required upon booking. The remaining balance is due ten (10) days prior to arrival. If a reservation is made within ten (10) days of arrival, the full amount is due upon booking.
- Cancellation: If a cancellation notice is received 48 hours or more prior to the arrival date, the 1 night's room rent and tax/service fee is charged as a cancellation fee. If a cancellation notice is given within 48 hours of the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Summer Season* Deposit and Cancellation Policy for Condos & Homes, excluding the River Club and Sea-to-Ski Luxury Division
- Deposit: A deposit of the first night's room rent and tax/service fee is required upon booking. The remaining balance is due ten (10) days prior to arrival. If a reservation is made within ten (10) days of arrival, the full amount is due upon booking.
- Cancellation: If a cancellation notice is received ten (10) days or more prior to the arrival date, the 1 night's room rent and tax/service fee is charged as a cancellation fee. If a cancellation notice is given within ten (10) days of the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Summer Season* Deposit and Cancellation Policy for all TAL properties, excluding the River Club and Sea-to-Ski Luxury Division, for stays 30 nights or longer
- Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total balance is required upon booking. The remaining balance is due ten (10) days prior to arrival. If a reservation is made within ten (10) days of arrival, the full amount is due upon booking.
- Cancellation: If a cancellation notice is received ten (10) days or more prior to the arrival date, the 1st deposit is charged as a cancellation fee. If a cancellation notice is given within ten (10) days of the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
* Festival Deposit and Cancellation Policy (Bluegrass, Film Festival and Blues & Brews), excluding the River Club
- Deposit: A deposit of the first night's room rent and tax/service fee is required upon booking. The remaining balance is due sixty (60) days prior to arrival. If a reservation is made within sixty (60) days of arrival, the full amount is due upon booking.
- Cancellation: If a cancellation notice is received sixty (60) days or more prior to the arrival date, the 1 night's room rent and tax/service fee is charged as a cancellation fee. If a cancellation notice is given within sixty (60) days of the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Winter Season** Deposit and Cancellation Policy for Hotel Rooms and Suites, Condos and Homes, excluding the River Club and Sea-to-Ski Luxury Division
- Deposit: A deposit of the first night's room rent and tax/service fee is required upon booking. The remaining balance is due forty-five (45) days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within forty-five (45) days of arrival, the full amount is due upon booking.
- Cancellation: If a cancellation notice is received forty-five (45) or more days prior to the arrival date, the 1 night's room rent and tax/service fee is charged as a cancellation fee. If a cancellation notice is given within forty-five (45) days of the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
**Holiday Deposit and Cancellation Policy, excluding the River Club:
- Deposit: A deposit of the first night's room rent and tax/service fee is required upon booking. The remaining balance is due sixty (60) days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within sixty (60) days of arrival, the full amount is due upon booking.
- Cancellation: If a cancellation notice is received sixty (60) or more days prior to the arrival date, the 1 night's room rent and tax/service fee is charged as a cancellation fee. If a cancellation notice is given within sixty (60) days of the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Summer & Winter Season† Deposit and Cancellation Policy for RIVER CLUB:
- Deposit: A deposit of the first night's room rent and tax/service fee is required upon booking. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within thirty (30) days of arrival, the full amount is due upon booking.
- Cancellation: If a cancellation notice is received thirty (30) or more days prior to the arrival date, the 1 night's room rent and tax/service fee is charged as a cancellation fee. If a cancellation notice is given within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
† Festival & Holiday Deposit and Cancellation Policy for the RIVER CLUB:
- Deposit: A deposit of the first night's room rent and tax/service fee is required upon booking. The remaining balance is due forty-five (45) days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within forty-five (45) days of arrival, the full amount is due upon booking.
- Cancellation: If a cancellation notice is received forty-five (45) or more days prior to the arrival date, the 1 night's room rent and tax/service fee is charged as a cancellation fee. If a cancellation notice is given within forty-five (45) days of the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
ALL OUR PROPERTIES ARE NON-SMOKING. Pet-Friendly lodging is available, in designated units only. Fees apply.
- Check-In Time: Your unit will be ready for occupancy by 4:00 p.m. Early check-in may be arranged if your lodging is fully cleaned and prepared for your occupancy. Please contact us at 970-728-3388 prior to your arrival if you are interested in an early check-in - please note however that an early check-in cannot be guaranteed.
- Location: The main office for Telluride Alpine Lodging is at 324 W. Colorado Street, Telluride, CO. There are also offices at the Mountainside Inn, the Aspen Street Inn, Bear Creek Lodge and the River Club for the guests of those specific properties.
- Late Arrival: If you arrive after the office has closed for the day, further arrival information will contain your access code and a late-night emergency phone number.
Services included in your stay
Housekeeping Services - for HOTELS, INNS, Condos & Homes, excluding River Club
- The arrival and departure cleaning are included in all stays.
- For stays of 5 nights or more, a mid-week clean is scheduled. This includes changing linens, replenishing paper supplies, removing trash, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen.
- Additional housekeeping is available for a charge. This can be arranged by the sales agent of through guest services.
Linens and Kitchen Equipment are provided with all our properties. As well, you will find in each unit:
- Hairdryer
- Iron and ironing board
- Humidifier
- Fan
- Dish soap, dishwasher detergent
- Hand soap
- 1st load laundry soap/softener sample
- Shampoo & conditioner in hotel rooms only
Note on HOT TUBS - For those complexes with community hot tubs, the hours of operation are subject to the HOA regulations. Most complex hot tubs shut down during the Spring and Fall Off-seasons (between the end of ski area operations and Memorial Day weekend, and between Columbus Day weekend and ski area opening.)
Telluride Alpine Lodging enforces the following policies:
- Any damages incurred during your stay, including carpet stains, physical damage or items that must be repaired or that require additional cleaning expenses will be charged to the credit card on file at the sole discretion of Telluride Alpine Lodging.
- All properties are NON-SMOKING. If you or any member of your party smokes in the unit or interior hallway, a $250 penalty and additional cleaning fee will be charged.
- Checkout Time is 10:00 am. Late check-outs are subject to additional charges up to the full rack rate for the unit.
- All of our vacation rental properties are individually and privately owned. Telluride Alpine Lodging reserves the right to move any reservation due to circumstances that render the property unusable. Your reservation will be guaranteed, however we may have to relocate you to another lodging option that is equal to or better than your original one booked. Thank you for your understanding.
- Because our reservations are carefully scheduled in advance, no partial refunds will be made for early departures.
- Room keys not returned will result in a $5.00 charge. Garage door openers or special Zone parking permits not returned will result in a $75.00 charge. Ski locker, pool or other common area keys not returned will result in a $50.00 charge.
- Pets are only allowed in designated properties. If you are vacationing with your pet, you must complete the "Pet Registration" form and pay the applicable fees. If your pet is not registered, an additional cleaning fee of $250 will be charged. In addition, if your unit does not allow pets, you will be asked to move.
